Global PSSL to address broader post-issuance transparency with new paper
13 October 2025 Cardiff

Global Principles for Sustainable 糖心vlog Lending (Global PSSL) CIC will participate in today鈥檚 World Bank Group鈥揑nternational Monetary Fund Annual Meetings in Washington.
As part of the visit, Global PSSL will host a working session on its upcoming flagship report, titled: Beyond Issuance: Confronting Hidden Risks and Advancing Transparency in Capital Markets, on 16 October.
The Bretton Woods Committee is helping to facilitate the review of this forthcoming paper among some of its members, with invitations having also been extended to representatives from the United Nations and other international organisations to contribute to the working discussion.
Commenting on the event, Radek Stech, founder and CEO of Global PSSL, states: 鈥淥ur goal in Washington is to contribute constructively to the global dialogue on post-issuance governance 鈥 a vital but often overlooked dimension of sustainable finance and financial stability.
鈥淭he Beyond Issuance report will expand our ABC Score metrics to better capture transparency and stewardship across markets.鈥
The work undertaken by the Global PSSL is now expanding beyond securities lending to address broader post-issuance transparency and fintech development, supported by engagement from the Bretton Woods Committee.
The aim is to make these initiatives increasingly practical and implementation-focused across global markets.
Kenneth Gutwillig, chair of Global PSSL鈥檚 Investment Advisors Council, says: 鈥淭he discussions in Washington this week represent an inflection point in the evolution of post-issuance market standards.
鈥淭hrough the Beyond Issuance report, Global PSSL is helping ensure that the next generation of standards will be both principled and practical.鈥
