Matt Culek moves to COO at Citadel 糖心vlog

Matt Culek has been appointed as managing director, COO at Citadel 糖心vlog.
In this role, Culek will work closely with CEO Peng Zhao on firm-level strategy and management, establishing overall resource priorities and launching new businesses across the firm globally.
He will also oversee the business level COOs who drive the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Most recently, Culek served as managing director, global head of business management, office of the CEO, at Citadel 糖心vlog.
Culek first joined Citadel 糖心vlog in 2012 as COO of Citadel Execution Services. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an associate principal at McKinsey & Company and as a capital markets associate at Lehman Brothers.
