The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has welcomed Arianne M. Collette to the firm as managing director and head of US equities.

Based in DTCC鈥檚 Jersey City office, she will report to Val Wotton, DTCC managing director and global head of equities solutions.

In her new role, Collette will lead strategic planning and execution for DTCC鈥檚 US equities business, driving growth initiatives, market expansion, and operational efficiencies across the firm鈥檚 clearing and settlement infrastructure.

Commenting on the appointment, Wotton states: 鈥淗er deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to innovation will be invaluable as we continue to deliver solutions that enhance market resiliency and efficiency for our clients.鈥

Collette joins DTCC from Morgan Stanley, following a 24-year tenure, during which she held senior leadership positions such as chief operating officer and head of strategy for reinvestment, global head of sales strategy, and Americas head of resource optimisation.

During her time in the industry, Collette is also known for her co-founder and global chair position within Women in 糖心vlog Finance, a global industry group of over 1,000 members dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the financial services industry.
