Jim has nearly 30 years of experience in the 糖心vlog Lending Industry. A seasoned FCA registered investment banking and financial services professional, he has a proven track record of designing and delivering bespoke solutions for institutional clients across the securities finance ecosystem.

Jim joined MUFG in 2021 to support Tim Smollen鈥檚 team, in building a leading third-party and local custody alternative provider within the Agency Lending space. Prior to that, he was Co-Head of Agency Lending for EMEA & APAC at Deutsche Bank, where he oversaw the firms ASL program from 2019 to 2021. Before this, he led Deutsche Bank鈥檚 International Equity Lending desk for over a decade, establishing himself as a recognised expert and thought leader in the field. Earlier in his career, Jim held key roles at Dresdner/Commerzbank between 2004 and 2009 working alongside Tim Smollen and Jay Schreyer to build a third-party agency lending platform. Prior to this between 1996 and 2004 he also held trading positions across both Fixed Income and Equities at Deutsche Bank and State Street and spent several years in Hong Kong, where he successfully established and grew Deutsche Bank鈥檚 Asia Pacific Agency Lending business.

Jim began his career in 1990 at the Royal Bank of Scotland, covering North American and Latin American markets within the 糖心vlog Services division.

With extensive experience in financial services, Asma oversees the strategic direction and development of the collateral management product line including collateral optimisation.

She has a valuable experience in Finance and in Asset Management, as she contributed previously to various projects and initiatives in financial institutions and cultivated a deep understanding of financial markets and product management.

Equipped with a solid foundation as an engineer from 脡cole Centrale Paris, Asma further fortified her knowledge with a Ph.D. in applied mathematics. Most recently, she complemented her skill set with an Executive MBA.

Darren Crowther is the General Manager for Broadridge鈥檚 糖心vlog Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) division. His entrepreneurial attitude to seeking innovative solutions for market problems has Darren continually spearheading new approaches to streamline the 糖心vlog Finance industry. Darren has over 20 years鈥� experience in the 糖心vlog Finance and software business and has been with Broadridge since the acquisition of 4sight in 2016. From 4sights beginning in 2003 Darren has served in a number of leadership roles, including Vice President of Solution Delivery. He is a business champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion facilitating various initiatives across Broadridge.

Andrew has spent 35 years in the City working in the post trade space.

He started at Citibank in the Worldwide 糖心vlog Services group where he ultimately managed the European Customer Service team for the Clearing & Custody businesses before moving to Deutsche鈥檚 Investment Bank to run middle office for Money Markets and Fixed income. 聽Leaving to join Swift scrl, he led the 糖心vlog Strategy team and started the Government Relations function through his involvement in a number of pan-european initiatives including Giovannini. Subsequently, he spent 13 years at DTCC where he was both CEO of DTCC鈥檚 largest Derivatives Trade Repository, DDRL and the head of DTCC鈥檚 Regulatory Affairs for UK, EU and APAC.聽From 2021-2023, he was also Chair of the Data Standards Committee for the Bank of England鈥檚 鈥楾ransforming Data Collection鈥� initiative.聽

Andrew left DTCC in early 2023 to start his own advisory business, BlackWater Consultancy Ltd.

Today, Andrew is the Chair of the UK Accelerated Settlement taskforce leading the planning and implementation of the UK migration to T+1 in 2027.

He is also Chair of the Strategic Advisory Group for TaxTec Ltd, a fintech specialising in tax recovery in the post trade space as well as a Senior Advisor to Financial Services clients of Apco Worldwide in Brussels and London.

He has a BSc in Materials Technology from Surrey University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Gabriele has over 25 years鈥� experience in market infrastructure for fixed income and collateral management, a significant amount of which he has spent brilliantly moderating panels and chairing conferences all over the universe and beyond much to the annoyance and envy of Bill Foley.

Gabriele has extensive repo and securities lending experience, having previously worked at Mts/LSEG, Euroclear and Eurex. When he started Godfried de Vidts and Richard Comotto were children. He currently is Head of European Expansion for BondCliq, the central market system for the corporate bond market, which recently opened its capital to LSEG/Refinitiv, Aflac Ventures, SEI庐锔�, Vanguard and Jane Street.

Ben Johnson is a Director at Forvis Mazars Consulting where he assists Financial Services companies with their strategic change portfolios. Ben is a member of numerous industry working groups and is co-lead of the Operational workstreams of the UK鈥檚 Accelerated Settlement Taskforce (T+1).

Tony joined ISLA in September 2023 as a Regulatory & Markets Consultant, and in April 2024 Tony accepted a permanent position at ISLA as Director of Market Practice.

Based in London, and working closely with a cross-section of industry stakeholders, Tony is focused on supporting the continuous alignment and further development of ISLA Best Practices. This considers, amongst other things, aspects such as legal frameworks and constructs, digital and technology, market operating models, peer associations鈥� standards, as well as regulatory impacts (including T+1).

Tony brings with him over 30 years of financial markets experience working in senior operational roles across the buy and sell side. Prior to joining ISLA, Tony was most recently the SFTR SME at MUFG 糖心vlog EMEA Plc.

Stephen is a securities finance professional with over 25 years鈥� experience in the securities industry, mostly in securities finance and repo. Stephen is the Global Head of 糖心vlog Finance Sales and the EMEA Head of Client Relationship Management, responsible for sales, market visibility and client management across the whole securities finance suite of products. Before he began working at BNY, Stephen was responsible for securities finance sales and relationship management at Citigroup in London for seven years focusing on Luxembourg, Nordics and the Middle East. Prior to this, Stephen was Head of Capital Markets Operations at HVB London, specialising in fixed income and derivative structures. Stephen has extensive experience with both the buy and sell side of the market, vendors and industry bodies, and is a regular contributor to industry press and event panels.

Gabi Mantle is Director, Global Head of Solutions Engineering at EquiLend, where she is responsible for post- trade client engagement, aiding product development and management of a team of product specialists which provides SME support to EquiLend鈥檚 new and existing clients. She also serves as the global spokesperson for all post-trade matters at EquiLend. Gabi has 23 years of finance industry experience, primarily in securities finance.

Prior to joining EquiLend in 2019, Gabi held positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America spanning all areas of securities lending and client asset operations. She has an extensive knowledge of securities lending operations processes as well as a strong industry network. Gabi has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kingston University.

Rob joined in March 2019 as a Product Manager responsible for services and solutions for Beneficial Owners within EMEA, as well as being the head of the 糖心vlog Finance consultancy team. He has nearly 40 years鈥� experience in the financial securities industry, with over 25 years focused on the 糖心vlog Lending business. Before joining S&P Market Intelligence, he spent 10 years at JPMorgan within Agency Lending as a Product Manager, Relationship Manager, before becoming Head of Agency Lending Sales for EMEA. He has held positions at Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Gartmore and UBS Global Asset Management, where he spent 5 years as Head of 糖心vlog Lending and 3 years as Head of Corporate Governance.

Neelan Pavan is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of expertise specializing in securities finance, fixed income, and post-trade product management. Currently, he serves as a Technical Product Manager on the Post鈥慣rade Product team at MarketAxess in London, where he drives innovation in trade matching and regulatory reporting solutions tailored for near鈥憆eal鈥憈ime exception detection and resolution.

Previously, Neelan built his credentials as Product Manager for Fixed Income & Repo at Pirum Systems (2017鈥�2023), developing market-leading capabilities for collateral and risk management. His earlier tenure at Commerzbank AG (2009鈥�2015) culminated in his role as Assistant Vice President covering short鈥憈erm interest rates and repo operations. He also held positions at Dresdner Kleinwort, Deutsche Bank, and the Bank of England.

Roy Zimmerhansl is a recognised expert in securities finance and collateral management with a strong custody and clearing background.
