Elections and re-election at the OCC

Craig Donohue has been re-elected as executive chairman of the board at OCC during its annual stockholder meeting on 11 April.
Donohue also serves at the firm鈥檚 CEO.
The board also unanimously elected Class II member directors including, Thomas Frank, executive vice president/CIO, Interactive Brokers; Stephen Luparello, general counsel, Citadel 糖心vlog; and Christine Show, managing director/global head of listed derivative operations, SG Americas 糖心vlog.
In addition, Thomas Cardello, CEO Venice Financial Management and Alice Patricia White, retired economist were elected as Class III public directors.
Donohue said the election of these five knowledgeable experts from the financial services sector allows OCC to continue its transformation to a systemically important market influencer that ensures confidence in the financial markets and the broader economy.
